Ollie and William's Beach Shoot...

We had the most gorgeous weather for Ollie and William's portrait session, one minute it was blue skies, the next it had hazed over, creating lovely soft light. The boys found all sorts of little sea creatures to examine in the rock pools, had a go at flying a kite and had a well deserved ice lolly from the beach shack. Another lovely session!

Beach Baby....

What a lovely time spent photographing seven-month-old Imogen's first visit to the beach! 

For anybody who might be interested in a beach shoot, there are some beautiful beaches in and near Liverpool that make great locations for shoots. 

George and Ellie's Portrait Session...

On a scorching day at the start of July I went down to London for a children's photography session with George, 6 and Ellie, 4. It was the first time I had been to London for a portrait session and I couldn't believe how straightforward and un-stressful the 2 hour train journey was (considering it could take me an hour and a half just to drive the 20 miles to Chester most mornings when I worked there). It certainly opens up so many options for me! George and Ellie were the loveliest children too so it turned out to be a great day all round....hot but great!
