Family Birthday Party Photography in Huddersfield....

A few weeks ago I went to photograph the first birthday party of Yahya in Huddersfield. All the family had to dress in blue, white, silver or cream and even the marquee was decorated according to the theme. I was really impressed by Magic Philip the magician who was the special guest - he managed to keep everybody transfixed for a good hour, especially the kids! Great party - oh, and it was also bonfire night too but I might need a 'part 2' for those pictures! Lovely party, lovely family, thanks for asking me to take your pictures x.

My new puppy...

I thought it was about time to take a few pictures of my 14-week-old Parson Russell puppy, Scampi,  before she got much bigger. I was feeling a bit guilty as the only real pictures we've taken so far have been grainy camera phone ones but sometimes that's all you've got to hand! Well, the perfect situation arose the other night as she lay on her hot water bottle (she is a bit of a girly dog - likes her home comforts) so I grabbed my camera and got snapping.
