A Super Smiley Baby...

I can't resist posting a few more pictures of my nephew Edward simply because he's so unbelievably cute and smiley and he's learnt to grab his toes! There will be new sessions (with other non-nephew babies and families) posted shortly - I've had the busiest May ever and this bank holiday weekend promises to be pretty full on too! A mid-week day off is in order I think...

The Dog and Duck...

Just a little picture of my dog before the weekend. I love this one, I think it will look great framed on the bathroom wall!

The Beer is Flowing...

Meet Mark Hensby, managing director at Liverpool Organic Brewery which has been enjoying huge success with its twice yearly Waterloo Beer Festival! Read Alistair Houghton's story in the Liverpool Daily Post.

OMG...

The other week I went to photograph Kassi Roach of Waterloo in Liverpool who has set up her own business Oh My Goodness Detox. A former buyer for Ethel Austin and Matalan, Kassi developed her idea following a period of illness and wanting to improve her own health. She developed her three day juice cleansing detox drinks and has already had a huge amount of success! Read Dawn Collinson's story here in the Liverpool Echo.

Pop into the Musical Box...

If you've ever driven down West Derby Road in Liverpool you may have spotted this little gem of a shop - the Musical Box, a treasure trove of Vinyl and CDs old and new. You really don't find little shops like this nowadays. Owned by Diane Cain and son Tony Quinn, they believe it may be the oldest record shop in the UK, owned by the same family on the same site. It's been in the family since 1947, some 66 years!  Read Jade Wright's story in The Liverpool Echo.
